Why the old way stopped working

Social media works a whole lot differently than it used to.

If your growth has stalled, it's probably not your fault. The rules changed fast, and most brands haven't had someone in their corner to keep up.

Followers aren't distribution

You spent years building an audience, and most of them aren't seeing your posts. The platforms now show content based on interest, not who follows who. If a video doesn't grab a stranger in the first second, it doesn't go far.

Polished gets scrolled past

People have gotten really good at spotting an ad. A beautiful, expensive-looking post often loses to a quick clip shot on a phone, because the quick clip feels like it belongs in the feed.

Playing it safe is risky

Content made to offend nobody usually interests nobody. The algorithm groups people by what they care about, so the brands that win are specific about who they're talking to.

The Reel Good Method

Your content follows your customer's journey.

From first scroll to booked job, every post is mapped to a stage of the buyer's journey. All of it is built for search, so the people nearby who need you can find you.

Measured by clicks, DMs and leads

Looking at the full funnel

A great video is only half the job.

Most people check you out in a few more places before they reach out. So the strategy covers the whole path, not just the feed.

  1. They see your post

Content built around what your customers search for, with keywords and location tags that reach people nearby.

  2. They tap your profile

A bio that says what you do and a link in bio with one clear next step.

  3. They visit your website

An easy path from social to your quote or booking page, without getting lost.

  4. They reach out

Automations catch the people who raise their hand, and email keeps you top of mind.

Your Google listing

Often the first thing people find when they search for you. I share photos and videos to post there and point out easy fixes.

Your reviews

People want to hear from their neighbors before they hire you. Your best reviews become posts, plus an easy way to ask for more.

How a month works

No scrambling. No six-week approvals for a six-second video.

Every month follows the same simple cycle, so your content stays consistent and you always know what's coming.

Let's talk
  1. Research & ideas

Each month kicks off with a look at the feed: rising trends, what your customers are searching for and what's happening in your business. From there, we land on the month's ideas, hooks and outlines.

  2. Create

Those ideas become two or three posts a week, a mix of social shorts and carousels that changes as we see what your audience responds to.

  3. Publish

Everything is set up to be found in search: keywords in the caption, on-screen text and audio, plus location tags that put you in front of the right people nearby.

  4. Test & learn

We look at what landed and what flopped, then sharpen next month's ideas around it. Every month gets a little better than the last.

Questions I get a lot

Social media management FAQs

How much does social media management cost in Eugene?

Monthly plans start at $1,699/month for two posts a week, or $2,249/month for three posts a week with publishing included. Every plan starts with a $499 one-time startup that includes your Social Playbook. There's a 3-month minimum, then it's month to month. The pricing page has the details.

How much of my time does it take?

About a half day a month for content creation, a monthly strategy session, and quick approvals in your Asana client portal. That's it.

How long until I see results?

It depends on where you're starting. Most brands move through three stages: first we grow your reach (usually months 1–3), then we drive website visits (months 3–6), then we capture and nurture leads (6 months and on). If you're already reaching the right people, we can start further along. Each stage is a win on its own.

Which platforms do you manage?

Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn. Most brands do best focusing on the one or two where their customers actually spend time, and we'll pick those together.

Why not just hire someone in-house?

Sometimes you should. But I've hired for this role four times here in Oregon, and the right person is hard to find. A partnership gets you senior-level strategy and steady content now, without a full-time salary or a six-month search. I wrote about it in why hiring a social media manager in Oregon is harder than you think.

Who will I be working with?

I lead every account. I run the strategy, I'm your main point of contact, and I'm in your account every month. Depending on what you need, a few trusted partners may help behind the scenes, and you'll always know who's working on what.

Ready when you are

Don't overthink it. Let's talk.

Tell me where you're at, what's working and what isn't. If I can help, I'll tell you how. If I'm not the right fit, I'll point you to someone who is.
